Marino™ Fragging Kit: Your Comprehensive Coral Cutting Solution

The Marino™ fragging kit is designed to provide the essential tools required for fraging a wide variety of corals. This comprehensive kit includes the best tools to precisely frag SPS (small-polyp stony), LPS (large-polyp stony), and soft corals.

For larger SPS corals, the kit includes a 7" Heavy Duty Cutter (BS70). Simply place the incredibly sharp blades approximately 1/3 into the SPS stem you wish to frag, give it a twist, and you'll have the perfect frag cut.

Fragging smaller SPS pieces or needing to get in at an angle? No problem. The kit also includes a curved 4.5" medium-duty coral cutter (BSS45) to help navigate densely branched SPS and make even more precise cuts.

For fragging softies, the 6" Coral Cutting Scissors (6SS) are included. These make quick and true cuts through toadstools, mushrooms, leathers, and zoanthid mats, giving your new coral frags the quickest healing time possible.

To assist in scraping loose frags off their rock, the kit comes with ten general scalpel blades (B10) with a scalpel handle #3 (27). Additionally, a microdissection scalpel (52) is included to help extract nuisance algae and bubble algae from those hard-to-reach places.

The kit also includes a 6" forceps (19) and microdissection forceps (18) to carefully place frags in the tank and easily glue them to a frag plug. All these tools are neatly organized in a handy pouch, making it easy to access and use them during the fragging process.

After you've completed your fragging, it's recommended to rinse the tools in fresh water to prevent chemical residue and superficial corrosion. Dry them off and place them back in the pouch for easy access in the future.
